CUSTOMER ZERO STORY
AI-led development: AI drafts every phase and a person approves it.
A delivery framework that changes how each phase is done, from requirements to deployment, without changing the lifecycle or who is accountable.
THE PROBLEM
Gaps surfaced late, and hand-offs were slow.
01
Different pictures
Business users and architects pictured the same solution differently.
02
Late discovery
The gap showed up at demo or UAT, as scope creep and rework.
03
Manual hand-offs
Build, pull request review and test preparation were done by hand at each step.
04
A higher bar
Delivery had to be cost-effective, accurate, reliable and easy to maintain.
WHAT WAS BUILT
The same lifecycle, with AI drafting and people approving.
Requirements start with a Solution Architect agent that turns business needs into a design and interactive mockups, so the business sees the solution before anything is built. Developers then build and push each Jira ticket with Claude Code, and an automated reviewer checks every pull request.
The principle is simple: AI drafts, people decide. Each original role becomes the reviewer and stays accountable for their phase.
